2012 Summer CSA
Community Supported Agriculture is a simple arrangement that benefits the customer and benefits the farmer.
By prepaying in the spring for a share of our farm’s produce, you are ensured of getting a weekly supply of organic vegetables, picked at their prime, and provided to you fresh.
CSA’s help small farm viability by providing funds to offset much of the early season costs involved in farming, such as seeds, fertilizer, and fuel for greenhouses and spring tillage.

Our orchard was planted in the springs of 2007 and 2008, and we look forward to a small amount of fruit production this year. The orchard includes over 40 varieties of apples, as well as pears, Asian pears, and tart cherries. We will also offer sweet and hard cider in the future.
Questions & Answers
Question: How much produce will I receive?
Answer: Our shares are sized to give a good value for your dollar. We feel the amount of produce you receive will be sufficient to feed an average household, although differences in diets could modify this.
Question: What if I cannot make it to a Pick Up?
Answer: We understand that there may be an occasion, such as a week of vacation with the family, where you may not be able to pick up your share. Tell us with plenty of advance notice, and we will allow one week’s share to be picked up on a different week, giving you a double share that pick up day.
